Excellent book on juicing. I liked learning about the herbal remedies too, even though I wouldn’t put them into a juice. It has awesome recipes, but more crocket that, it has sections on all the fruits, vegetables and herbs that you can juice or add to your juice, and what they are good for and how to store them.

The Big Book of Juices: I love the way it is laid out, explaining the different types of juice and pulp machines,then explains the health systems and their functions. One great thing is that in the beginning fruits are listed alphabetically – as are the vegetables afterward – so if you have a fruit or vegetable in particular you’d like to use, you can easily look it up and not only find the particular health benefits, but a list of recipes using that ingredient.
It also does a great job in pulverizing crodker and I’ve used it as a juicer so that’s why this book caught my eye. See all 15 brand new listings. It is well organized and can help you through any ailment! The book says whats wrong with you?
This book is organized in the beginning by the malady you wish to help alleviate. Looking forward to exploring more recipes as the seasons change and fresher produce is available! Too much fruit too.
